We have a clear pricing policy - no hidden charges, no unexpected additional costs and no VAT.

In the current economic climate, the costs of running a small business have increased considerably and inevitably, this has to be reflected in our prices  However, we still believe our prices remain amongst the most competitive, made more so by not charging VAT.

A written, no obligation, free estimate can be provided for all jobs, large and small. Our estimates are valid for 30 days, giving you time to consider and compare our services and prices with others.

We would always recommend that you get at least 3 estimates to be sure you receive the best service for your budget.

 Rates from 01 January 2024

1. Labour rates - general plumbing work

• Jobs taking 1 to 6 hours on Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm

 £60 for the first hour then £45.00 for every hour thereafter

(minimum charge: £60)

• Jobs taking more than 6 hours on Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm

 These are charged at a discounted daily rate, saving 40% on the equivalent hourly rate

 Special offer: £250 per day 

2. Labour rates - projects and emergency call-outs

• Projects taking more than one day e.g. bathroom refurbishments, central heating overhauls,  ensuite installations or cloakroom renovations:
  

These are priced individually to take account of your own specifications and requirements and the range and complexity of the work to be done. Following our visit to the job location, we will provide you with a comprehensive estimate including a schedule of the agreed work and the cost of our labour and any parts and materials we provide.

• For emergency call-outs at weekends, on bank holidays and after 4pm any day

£95 for the first hour, then £60.00 for every hour thereafter

(minimum charge: £95)

On arrival we will provide you with an estimation of the work needed and the time to complete it so you can decide how to proceed - from temporary fix to a full repair.

3. Parts and materials:

These will, of course, depend upon the job, and will be detailed in your written estimate.

For larger projects, we will be happy to discuss your plans, including your choice of appliances, fixtures and fittings before purchase to ensure they will fit and will be compatible with your existing hot, cold and central heating systems. This will ensure that once installed, they look great, work effectively and meet your needs and expectations.

If you wish Condico Plumbing to source, purchase or supply your fixtures and fittings (e.g. baths, basins, toilets, taps, shower mixers, boilers, cylinders etc),  10% of the purchase price will be added to cover time and expenses incurred in sourcing them.

4. Payment terms and conditions

Payment by cash, bank card, cheque or bank transfer, details of which you will find on your invoice

We'd appreciate payment within 14 days of invoicing
